We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Rent och städat. Lugnt och fint poolområde för oss med små barn. Mycket trevlig personal. Bra frukost och roomservice. Sitter ihop med en jättestor mall,så nära till shoping och restauranger. - Fantastiskt hotell med superbra service.

The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien
