The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The golf course was superb. The restaurant was excellent value for money. We put this hotel at the top of our list whilst we were travelling around Australia and Dubai. Attention to detail was second to none, even bathroom scales - which we dare not use!! Even though work was being carried out it did not seem noticeable.

The receptionists are wonderful, I did not feel lonely one bit, the hotel taxi man, cant remember his name, he drives a hummer, he took me round dubai and never got tired of taking pictures of me which is great as a solo traveller, I got lot of wonderful pictures thanks to him. It is close to the metro station.
The rooms are really nice and comfortable.
They had breakfast there for a good price.
Aileen at the front desk really helped us by suggesting and booking the desert safari for us. She and Pappu also went out of their way to organise us transport to the airport on short notice on a friday before 1. And the driver shahJohon was really friendly and helpfull.

Very Good hotel and i recommend it for all, very close to DIC and specially for the Blocks 15,16,17..., It is a very good and new hotel just in the heart of DIC. - Good area, pharmacy and store around the corner, newspaper avalability, nice restraurant, taxi avalability, and ice machine.

THe desk staff were excellent. We arrived very early in the morning and
they were very pleasant and helpful. As we hadn't booked our room
until later that day 2pm we left our bags stored with the hotel and
walked through the souks to the creek, crossed over in a small boat and

The whole place was immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly,
helpful and obliging. The breakfast was discounted for prior payment,
giving great value, a substantial variety, and convenience. The location
was perfect for me, with 3 minutes walk to the fabulous Metro. The room
was larger and better than expected. The proximity to the Airport, with
a less-than-$10 taxi fare each way, was very acceptable. All round, for

Hotellet låg lika långt från allt och det var tyst och lugnt runt omkring. Bussar fanns i närheten och var smidigt, det var också lätt att få taxi till hotellet. Vi åkte inte med den privata taxin som fanns där för vi hade hört att det var dyrt. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var god och prisvärd till det trots allt billiga dyg

A nice and simple hotel; nothing fancy. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a little small but still fine for two of us. Breakfast buffet is a fairly standard hotel breakfast. Tea and coffee in the room (and a free bottle of water per day) was nice. Room nice and quiet.

I found the IBis Deira city Centre the best Ibis I have every been too. The price perfect, room and bathroom clean. The Bed - Soo comfortable and crispy clean. I am very fussy with pillow, they were perfect and a stone throw away from the Diera City Centre shopping mall accross the street. What more do you need. As a frequent travelling through Dubai I will be returning that is a promise.

At last I found a hotel with someone speaks english in the reception, as this hotel was the sixth one I stay in during this trip.

I like the Hotel overall as Value for money and recommend to other Business budget trips seeker to this hotel. Moreover its very near to banyas Metro station which is blessing in itself .
The room was big enough with a balcony.comfortable big enough bed and clean room.
The front office team is really so nice they really know how to welcome the guests but i would like to say thanks Mr: JAYESH he is a really professional guy in hospitality field .

The hotel is within walking distance to Baniyas metro station and Sabkha water station which makes it accessible to public transportation. The room was more than big enough for us which is nice. Not much variation with the food served on breakfast but good enough though. In general the place is good enough for a 2 star hotel. -

It's right next to the metro station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as cash machines.
There is no gym or swimming pool but for 20 Dirhams you can use the nearby Novotel facilities all day. A great deal.
The rooms were always cleaned and in order when we came back from a day on the town.
No complaints - a great stay.
