  Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, great location as our family live on the Ranches, informality, new Maison Mathis restaurant and bar to complement the existing ones - giving more choice. Ability to use the facilities at the Polo Club nearby, including a large outdoor swimming pool. We always hire a car from Hertz in Motor City when stayi... vad folk säger » ng there, for ultimate flexibility. - The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The golf course was superb. The restaurant was excellent value for money. We put this hotel at the top of our list whilst we were travelling around Australia and Dubai. Attention to detail was second to none, even bathroom scales - which we dare not use!! Even though work was being carried out it did not seem noticeable.

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful.I Can surely recommend thisHotel to everyone.From the Reception to the roomservice,everything isexcellent. - It was a nice hotel. I like the choice of entertainment at the hotel.

  Fantastiskt läge vid stranden och bra förbindelser att ta sig till andra platser i Dubai. - location (the beach is across the road) room (quite comfortable, everything worked fine, no foreign odors (tobacco)), problems with the water was not (had both hot and cold water with normal pressure) maid service every day, every day to change the bed lin... vad folk säger » en and towels, not that old hotel, as it is written in some reviews, it is quite decent for the money. with payment no problems (at the rate letsbookhotel.com) not far from the hotel there are supermarkets and cafes. is far away from the metro - Everything really. Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)

  Nice and very helpful staff at reception area. I moved out next day because they had no wifi. If you are single it's perfect for DIsco/bar. It's not for a family enviorment in night there. - Nothing
