  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  Bra läge!! - Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of stations on TV for my daughter to watch. Surprisingly extensive breakfast provided as part of my booking. Perfect location for my needs [we always used taxis but noticed that there was a bus stop outside of the building and a two minute walk to the Metro system].
