Overview: We liked the Greenery, the nature, the villa style, the comfortable beds, great reception (especially Mr. Waseem/Naseem), fast wifi, how the hotel was close to jabal hafeet and other tourist attractions. We were also upgraded to a villa, which was very nice. There is great security outside the villas where you would feel secure. Things we liked • Staff: Great and very courteous, and responsive. We were offered a free upgrade • Wifi: The Wifi connection was very strong throughout the stay • Location: Close to many attractions • Housekeeping: They were very prompt, and responsiveness which was very nice. Rooms were clean and well made.

Matter that could use improvement • We felt the resort could use a makeover as well as some maintenance is needed. The plants and what's around them need some gardening work, as the current state made it seem like the area has been deserted for a while. • Housekeeping: The toilets did not seem like they were properly cleaned Overall it was a lovely stay, and we would definitely recommend staying here and would consider it for our next visit.

Positives are Location, Size of room, Facility of parking own car just in front of own villa, Swimming pool, Decoration, Quality & variety of food, Well-behaved staff.

Service is not very prompt as rooms / villas are far away from the reception & restaurant area.

Staff are good they respond for all my request as soon as I request. Like one of the staff on duty during my stay I just called once and ask to check out what is going on for one situations that happened. He called me back within five minutes and inform about some mis communication. I like how they sincerely apologise about what happen and I do appriciate it.also the front office manager I appreciate how she respond about the situation.

Few things that I don't like.. First was the maintenance people who was coming in the middle of the night, before entering in one room they should double check with the reception regarding the fresh booking either its already 9pm or mid night. The same with the reception to avoid complaint. Above all are fine..

the room was beautiful and the room amenities fine. Room service and help finding a plug-in adapter prompt. I also really loved the pool area, sauna and steam room. The staff there were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to take advantage or the spa, but the ladies there were friendly and helpful regarding my questions. The breakfast buffet and wait staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

It would be nice of the pool could open a little earlier than 10, for people like to get an early swim in before breakfast.

Would like to give my all thanks to hotel manager and Mr. Wesam manager of the reception, he gave me help and assistant me, I never forget his greets on my first day and he always smiling, treats and how he try to support me and because of all the thing I will visit this hotel soon. All Thanks also a chef I think the manager of the restaurant, he came to help me explain the food menu

I have a few comments: 1 - The receptionist does not have to respond to the guest without verifying the information provided by the department concerned 2 - No. Villa clearly on every building 3 - I hope the front garden interest because it was like a jungle 4 - Attention to services such as tissue paper and a basket of dirt inside and outside the villa 5 - Pay more attention to the rear garden it is now a house of horror, because of it is not planted without lighting

I love the fact that even if I stayed there on business, the resort offered various facilities that I could use and there's plenty of activities my wife and I could enjoy when I get back from work. my wife and I had fun on our stay and will definitely come back. We will also gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The inside of the Villa was nice and the price was not bad. The hotel staff made every effort to cater to our needs.

I didn't like the grounds of the hotel. It looked not well taken care of and the grass and flowers were growing wild. The view was not nice outside the rooms.

The very good service provided by Nazeem, Esperanza, Rateesh and a third philipino receptionist whose name I didn't get. I was working in the middle of the desert 100 kms south of Al Ain and had to drive back and forth every day. One day I showed up with a colleague who had no reservation. He was given a very good rate for his room. Clean room. Very good rate

Noisy hair dryers ! Someone used one every day at around 12p.M. and it sounded like someone was vacuuming next door. Too small bath room.

The staff attitude is excellent.There was a slight delay in the readiness of the chalets due to late checkouts, but we got a complimentary upgrade and also treated at the restaurant for tea.

Quiet location; friendliness of the staff; wonderful pool and recreational facilities. The hotel is close to Jebel Hafeet and the Hot Springs. Although it is rather old now it is still a high qualit place for a peaceful break.

I couldn't find the hotel for a long time! Clearer instructions maybe in the confirmation email. Even a local taxi driver bringing a friend to meet me at the hotel had difficulty in finding it!!!

The apartment was huge and clean and the I was told there is two beds only and we were seven people, I mean two adults 5 kids below 10 and they offered us extra beds for free of charge, but I didn't need it coz the bed were enough big. Aso they have changed the apartment for us due to a problem with the apartment main door. Staff were really helpful and kind with us.
