  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

  I booked for four nights, and felt so comfortable that I stayed for three more! Quite close to both Dubai and Sharjah airports by taxi, and the latter is great for low-cost fares on Air Arabia to make short trips to other cities like Doha and Muscat. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties.

  The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The WiFi is excellent but not free (35 AED a day). The hotel offers room services such as breakfast, laundry. The apartment is clean and comfortable - It was very clean and value for money. The staff also were friendly and helpful.   A lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and good service. The rooms were decently spaced with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchenette was equipped with a good 2 hob cooker, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and 2 mugs and spoons for coffee. The bathroom also has a clothes line and the complementary toiletries and towels were very handy (no toothbrush/too - It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check- out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport!
