everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

Frukosten var stor och bra, läget var bra - fem minuters promenad till metron och taxis utanför hotellet. Att åka in till Dubai Mall kostade 14 DHS (ca 24kr) för två personer i Gold Class på Metron och ca 35 kr med Taxi för upp till fyra personer.

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
