Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.

My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good. We would definitely go back there. -

Staff were attentive and eager to please (possibly due to it being Ramadan and very quiet). Very little to complain about - we had a junior suite of 85 sq m and this was ideal for the three of us.

Liked the reception service, TJ served us. He was very professional, pleasant, helpful and efficient in addressing our questions and requests.
The concierge team were equally helpful, nothing was too difficult.

Magnificent! Amazing staff, attention to detail, they prepared for us a birthday and anniversary cake to our rooms, such a nice and meaningful touch. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, pool great, fitness room excellent modern machines. Good location as easy access to Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi and Marina Mall. Loved it so much looking to book another weekend stay there in a few weeks! Absolutely Amazing hotel, really recommend it we felt like royalty

Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him

The fact that it feels like a smaller boutique hotel than it evidently is - makes your stay feel -
*Check in/out is peace of mind.
*We v got the Mangrove view, it was so nice in the morning.
*Room is clean & spacious bathroom & Bed is so comfortable.
*Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs.
*Breakfast in the room was something.
*Staff is very friendly & attentive.
*Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing.
*Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island.
Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation.

the hotel staff were very friendly.
food was good but expensive. although if you book in the executive Gold floor like I did, then you get a lot of complimentary meals.

Fabulous hotel in a unique location overlooking the formula 1 racetrack and yatch marina on Yas Island. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the racing cars speeding around the track. The staff are extremely polite and professional, the rooms are big and beautiful and food divine. The facilities are very good and include a partly undercover family pool and a 30 meter adult lap pool. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to any Abu Dhabi visitor. I had two-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Spacious, clean and quite.
Nice pool on the roof and fully equipped gym. Food was tasty. -
Location is very good, in the middle of city, also close to al Wanda shopping center.
