It was quite a pleasant surprise. Beautifull hotel, very clean, large rooms, gorgeous balcony with a nice view, huge infrastructure of spa procedures, great sport swimming pool, very rich buffet breakfast! You don't really need to go out! And as a very good end of the day - lovely view from the summer terrace of the piano bar with very tasty food (our compliments to the Chef!). If we'll stay in this area again or would like a week end runaway - this hotel will be our first choice.

Bellinies' Chef - didn't dissapoint either. We were celebrating a birthday this time and absolutely everything we had was delicious!. Выбирали отель в Трускавце. В итоге остановились на Миротеле как самом лучшем. Сервис на высоком уровне. Есть бесплатная паркова. Бювет с водами прямо в отеле. Завтра разнообразный, правда на 4-5 день уже немного поднадоел :). We stayed at the hotel for the second time and were not disappointed. Facilities, cleaness and stuff great as ever. And once more - compliments to the Chef at Belinnies' restaurant - delicious food. We will come back again. 1.The food, few dishes but select 2. Personnel is mostly friendly 3. Clean rooms 4. Variety of spa programs as well as the diagnostic center connected to the main building. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The med center and spa are nice. very kind reception. Good english. The only thing here, is that if you are driving - there no real signs that show you how to get to the hotel then the one entering the city. Ужин по системе шведский стол не супер (лучше подняться в ресторан на 9 этаже). Ужасная шумоизоляция. Слышно "бубнение" соседей через стену (у нас был соседом кто-то с высоким басом и это было невыносимо). 1. Overwarm quilts. The breakfast gets boring being almost the same everyday. Spa messages the ones I had done Thai and Indian where excellent. The ones done by local staff started 5-10 min. late or finished early. One procedure was supposed to be 110 min but ended at 90 min I asked why they said because they where done. Spa could use better management. service in bar/restaurant on the 9th floor did not meet fully the standards of excellent service (waited long for drinks). spa, prices.
