  The Staff were extremely helpful. They did their best in fulfiling my requests for speciifc tours etc. Very friendly outlook, always serving with a smile. The Hotel itself is very centrally located, short walk or taxi ride to most things. Very clean Hotel.   Because the "Alex" is the only Hotel that I have stayed in in Odessa I do not consider myself an expert. But having stayed in many hotels around the world I will say this rate highly.   The hotel was very clean and the courtyard was beautiful. The restaurant associated with the hotel offered a great breakfast. Lunch and dinner menus were extremely good as was the beer and staff.   It was my not first visit to Odessa, but first stay in Lotos Apartments. Everything was excellent, including staff. Had all facilities working. I liked the idea "breakfast to room" very much. The location of apartment is not hard to find as some people reviewed, but for the first time visitors, it could be hard. Suggested to a - It had a very good feeling about the place and was in a very good setting for travelling around Odessa. It was very clean and well set out and the bathroom was good. The service was excellent and it was very clean and the cost was very reasonable. We are already planning to go to the same place again on the basis of our positive experiences.

  I enjoyed my stay and found it easy to get on with the staff who on the whole were very helpful.My Russian language is shocking but the staff helped with my needs - Really nice and supportive stuff. Nice view from the window (I had a room in the 10th floor and saw all the city and as well the see).
