  Location: it's close to all the museums, restaurants, shops of the old town and the main pedestrian street called Deribasovskaya. Style: the hotel looks amazing from outside and from inside. Fully renovated to its former glory. Spa: nice swimming pool (maybe too deep, over 1,80 m), sauna, fitness space, great massages. Internet access: wireless, f... vad folk säger » ast and free. - The hotel and reception staff, including room maids were very very good. The quality of the hotel was also good with clean linen every day and towels etc. Breakfast choice was also good and the reception staff were very helpful including security people.

  The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. The private beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel and very nice. The lovely was set in lovely grounds and security was very good. The hotel was ideal for a relaxin... vad folk säger » g break. Don't be put off if you don't know any Russian I got by for 5 days with little or no understanding of the language. - excellent staff, high quality medical assistance, excellent cuisine; no queuing, no waiting in SPA and pool; although the hotel was booked full it was very quiet.
