Fully renovated to its former glory. Spa: nice swimming pool (maybe too deep, over 1,80 m), sauna, fitness space, great massages. The quality of the hotel was also good with clean linen every day and towels etc. Breakfast choice was also good and the reception staff were very helpful including security people.

  The hotel was very clean and the courtyard was beautiful. The restaurant associated with the hotel offered a great breakfast. Lunch and dinner menus were extremely good as was the beer and staff. The hot water did not work, and the front desk had a repairman there in under ten minutes. A mark of an excellent hotel. He had it fixed in another ... vad folk säger » ten minutes. The takeaway is not that the hot water at first did not work, but that the staff got it fixed quickly. The mark of a well trained staff - Tidy spacious rooms, friendly & helpful staff, good location, good price to quality ratio, very good breakfast..will stay again...recommended!

  I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. It was already too cold for that, so I spent most of my free time taking taxis to the city. That's about 20 minutes away and about $10 each way.   The staff are so friendly and they helped me what ever I was expecting. - Good breakfast, convenient next to train station and 10 minute walk to one of the not so crowded beaches ( otrada), also nice that we got free entrance to itaka beach/night club.

  The apartment is amazing with it's huge whirlpool for two and the bed up the stairs. Very friendly staff who introduces you to the appartment and gives you the keys. Also the location is great in the heart of the Old Town and at the promenade. - Location is simply great and facilities in these apartments are fantastic.   The hotel is old, but very beautiful. The staff, depending on who was working, ranged from very good to merely adequate. I liked the 24/7 hotel bar quite a bit. - Excellent staff, impressive interior, exceptional location. Proximity to the main historical sites, opera, restaurants.

  The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped.
