1. 24-hour reception desk (we arrived after midnight and this was not a problem).
2. Great location - just 3-minutes walk to the Old city, in a quite area (without trumpets in Rathaus at 6 am and midnight street musicians).

4. Really nice stuff (not sure if they speak English, but Ukranian and Russian are OK for us).

Кльовий хостел. Прямо в центрі міста і при цьому дуже дешево. Комфортна кімната. Є кухня де можна приготувати собі поїсти. дуже зручно для мандрівника.
Location is great! Staff is really helpful, can advise where to go, what to visit, can help with booking tickets for train or bus. Really good prices).

Interior.
1.The furniture and especially bathroom devices are old (but quite clean). Sometimes the water was only slightly warm.
2. It was a bit damp in the room.
But mind that it's an old historical building.
Thin door between the room and the outside space, though it's OK if there are not so many people in the hostel. No shampoo, some solvable problems with soap and toilet paper. The toilet is outside the room (as described, though). The step to the shower cabin is too high, which was a real problem for me! The stairs to the level are not very good, but fine enough. Wi-Fi signal was very poor, couldn't use it from a cell phone, but it was hardly possible with a notebook.
In summer it is extremely hot in those rooms which are located on the sunny side. Though there is a small ventilator, it is impossible to stay in the room since 10 a.m. till sunset.
I did not like kitchen because there was not enough materials and cooker :/ only microwave. We were there for 10 days but nobody came to clean room.
