  Excellent service, friendly staff. We did not speak Russian/Ukrainian, and if the staff could not understand our English gestures they quickly ran to get the manager who could communicate with us better.   The staff was super helpful. Located very close to Boryspol airport and they have a taxi that can be pre-arranged. They have a 24hr restaurant. They accept Euros and answer their emails promptly. Loved them. Oh, another thing is they have individual rooms and hostel rooms and free wi-fi. - Very clean and good location for travel.
