  The staff were very friendly and made you feel very special, the food was excellent. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the suffolk coast. We would not hesitate to return in the future. - Meals were excellent and staff very helpful and attentive.

  The ultimate English B & B. Great hosts, super cooked and continental breakfasts by Robbie and excellent room with comfortable bed. Nothing is too much trouble for hosts Robbie and Michele. - We liked the hearty breakfast. Personal touch. We were made to feel at home.
