  Facilities were excellent, location very convenient, excellent customerservice as described above - Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. No complaints at all.

  The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

  It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ijust stopped by over night during my travel home, and it was veryrelaxing.   The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I liked the location because it was peaceful. There are a couple of convenience stores and post ofc a couple of blocks down the road. My cabin was very comfortable and I didn't lack for anything - Comfortable relaxed environment, lovely rooms, almost like a holiday flat. Ideal for London.

  The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare.   Beautiful room, very comfortable. Very convenient for Heathrow airport (I got from West Drayton railway station to the guest house and from the guest house to the airport by local bus - as easy as using a taxi). I was able to work in my room the morning after my stay before going to the airport at lunchtime, very quiet and peaceful and got lots ... vad folk säger » done! I was staying on business, but anyone who was flying from Heathrow could make good use of this. - Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, 10 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 5, TV worked, shower was good and easy to operate. Loved Archie (the Westie) the Hall is tucked away in the village of Harmondsworth. An ancient building (17th century) full of character. They didn't rush me at breakfast and overall it was more like staying in an old friends country home than in a hotel - would recommend.
