  Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well.   We really enjoyed our stay at Beaumont House. Our room was excellent and the bed huge and so comfortable.Breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties of food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.   My wife and I stayed at the Runnymede on Thames as part of her birthday weekend. I found the staff very willing and able to help with little preparations I needed or to help with information etc in advance of the stay. I must admit as we arrived the hotel seemed to be larger than I had imagined and I feared that any personal touch would be lost. I... vad folk säger » t wasn’T. We were very quickly and efficiently helped at the front desk and a member of staff offered to store our bags until our room was ready and t - The welcoming from the staff made us feel at home. They were so helpful. The food was beautiful. There was live music being played by a guitarist in the lounge it was so relaxing. The choice of an indoor or outdoor pool, again the staff there were so helpful and accommodating nothing was a problem. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world.

  The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite.   We booked the Innkeepers Lodge for an over night stay when we went for a day trip to Legoland. We were not sure what to except as it was some if the reviews were mixed. But we need not have worried. We requested a family room with the single bed set up for our 7 year old and a cot bed for our youngest. The room was spacious and clean with a tv, tea and coffee facilities. - From the moment of arrival to when we left the staff could not do enough for you. The quality of the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and nice and warm. We loved the Innkeeper's Lodge.
