  Staff was very accommodating (we arrived late!) and the supper was included and very good. (and served at a late time per our request) - Friendly staff. location of hotel. ease of Booking in and out. breakfast - Time and quality and quantity. Excellent !

  The booking by letsbookhotel.com was incorrect when I arrived according to the receptionist! Apparently this is a common problem with your bookings? They recommended if using you again to check also direct with the hotel. You booked a single room I booked a triple family room! Thankfully they were able to resolve. - First impressions great, staff... vad folk säger » were very welcoming, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Just as impressive was the room, condition was immaculate and everything needed was provided. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

  My room was very comfortable and warm and the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. I was only there one night so can't comment on any other staff. Although the location was right on top of the busy M6 motorway I couldn't hear the traffic at all while in my room. - Good value. Very close to motorway junction which suited us as we only used it as a stopover whilst travelling to Scotland. Room quiet despite being close to major roads.

  The food was excellent. Steaks cut to your requirements; and the breakfast was exceptional. Good selection of real ales. The room was comfortable and clean and offered all the usual facilities plus a great power shower, one of the best showers I've had in a hotel for a long time.
