The hotel was very friendly and welcoming and the staff were very obliging. and lovely place to stay close to the beach,shops and train station which was very good for us.We were also able to keep our suitcase in a holding room until we checked in and after we had checked out which really came in handy.My children loved it a

On arrival we found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful and we were checked in quickly.
Our room was very clean and well decorated and was exactly what we needed.

Very friendly welcome and check in. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great meal deal with Beefeater (ajoined) Huge breakfast choice and 3 course evening meal with a drink. Fabulous food. A nice weekend break and very close to outlet shopping and Weston town. Great staff in hotel and restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location close to beach and pier and also ideal for the town centre. Booking in at reception was so easy and relaxed and all required information was given by a very knowlegable receptionist and it only took a few minutes. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. We did have an evening meal at the Smiths

thought the staff were all fantastic could not do enough for us in all our demands. I cannot fault anyone who worked there always a smile and a friendly hello.I had a small issue with the room when we got there but John sorted it straight away and to be fair it was unforeseen, i am a great believer in seeing how issues are dealt with and i have very high standards when i have paid good money for a service.

Very good service. I booked a twin room on-line but wanted to change it to a double room afterwards and I requested to arrange a little surprise, at arrival in the room, for my boyfriends birthday. There was no problem at all to arrange these things for me. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice lady who showed us around & booked us in. Rooms were very clean & decorated nicely. Myself and a friend stayed here & were very surprised how close we were to the attractions (pubs!!) would highly recommend this to anyone planning on a trip to Weston!!

I was greeted with a very warm welcome from the owners & was taken up to the room. The bedroom had a small lounge area which was comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly acceptable. Everything about the Parasol Guest House was wonderful. The hospitality
of Paul and Julie and Carolina was exceptional,nothing was too much
