John & Bernie did everything to make our stay comfortable and we were well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely friendly. The choice of breakfast was excellent, particularly the full English. A great place for single people as well as families and dogs. -

Central seafront location, good food, ( we only stayed b&b though), quiet at night despite location. Caters for ( but not exclusively for) the partially- sighted, but all were made very welcome. Free parking on site, and very helpful and friendly staff. Five minutes amble to the town centre shops, and the beach and new Pier were over the road.

My stay was peaceful comfortable and a total pleasure. All staff are very friendly and the hotel has real character. My room was clean and the bathroom was lovely and breakfast was good. The location is perfect and the hotel is clearly a gem for those short breaks and even long stays. Just remember this is a 3 star real hotel with a 5 star staff who are really what makes this place such a pleasure to stay at. I look forward to going back again and again and strongly suggest you try this lovely

We loved our stay. We opted for a self catering apartment because we didn't want to be confined to a bedroom when our 1year old daughter went to bed. The staff were friendly when we arrived and the apartment was above our expectations. We had a lovely view of the harbour, grand pier and the sea from our window. We are happy we could book just for

Manageress Bea was extremely friendly. She tactfully ended a parking dispute with another visitor (he demanded my spot!) by offering another to him.
Having a clean self-catering apartment after 1.5 weeks of staying in hotels was actually a relief and enjoyment. The beds were comfortable. Having a sitting/kitchen area of decent size also was relaxing.
