  The staff were really friendly and very helpful when my little girl was ill.It is a very clean and lovely place to stay close to the beach,shops and train station which was very good for us.We were also able to keep our suitcase in a holding room until we checked in and after we had checked out which really came in handy.My children loved it a... vad folk säger » nd they would stay again.Very happy thanks for a lovely stay. - The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is new modern, clean and trendy. Lovely shower and bed. Breakfast was a bit pricey at £8.25 but was really nice. We were given a top floor room with a sea view which was special, overall a fantastic stay in a lovely hotel with the most wonderful staff

  Excellent location close to beach and pier and also ideal for the town centre. Booking in at reception was so easy and relaxed and all required information was given by a very knowlegable receptionist and it only took a few minutes. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. We did have an evening meal at the Smiths ... vad folk säger » and again it was of a very high stanfard. This hotel has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in and have already recomended it to our friends. - thought the staff were all fantastic could not do enough for us in all our demands. I cannot fault anyone who worked there always a smile and a friendly hello.I had a small issue with the room when we got there but John sorted it straight away and to be fair it was unforeseen, i am a great believer in seeing how issues are dealt with and i have very high standards when i have paid good money for a service.
