  train station was 10 min walk and allowed you to travel to any part of london with ease conecting with the tubes/DLR ect - 4th time staying at this hotel,always a pleasant stay and helpful/professional staff.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function. The bathroom had a good size and you could easily refresh the air in the room if you opened both of the windows. The electric radiator was fantastic. The LCD TV had a good size and you can plug in your flash drive to play music or photo sl - I looooovvvveeee Lansdowne! It is value for money! Free gym incl. Which has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Swimming pool is small (not the average 25m- but that's not a bad thing when you just want to chill!). Right next to croydon town centre for food and shopping. Next to trams and bus stops (some buses are 24 hour) and East Croydon station with fast trains to Victoria and London Brigde which each take approx. 15Mins. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are more spacious

  Free wifi (although the login process is slightly annoying after a couple of times) Included breakfast is easy going self-serve (coffee from the machine is a bit meh) Bathroom is well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel which is always handy given the restrictions on liquids when flying.   We had a large 4-bed family room which was ideal for our needs. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the free parking was a great bonus. The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful.   The location. Very close to East Croydon station - which catching a fast train to Victoria or London bridge is 10-12mins - fantastic! You can be in centre of town - just like that!! The staff, you also have deal in your restaurant that is similar to wheterspoons - meals for two - so you don't really need to travel far. The rooms were clean, comfortable and laid out very well. As the hotel is I would expect nothing less. I hope this remains the same as it was a real pleasure staying here. The Holiday Inn express in Croydon could learn alot about cleaning standards and customer care from this hotel

  Lovely place for our holiday. Location was excellent,an easy walk to East Croydon station then 20 mins to London centre and the tram to Wimbledon. Flat was comfortable and nicely appointed, worked reasonably well for our family. Staff involvement kept to a minimum but were on call if required. Very good value for money. 5 minute walk from East Croydon train station and 15 minute train journey to Victoria. Excellent shopping facilities in Croydon also.
