  We were on a trip to Somerset and South Wales and stayed on three hotels. This was by far the best, the owners are really helpful and friendly. We were treated as locals by them. Rooms are big and beautifully decorated, bright and airy with lovely linen. Dinner was recommended by a local and the food was fantastic, best meal of the holiday. The location is very good for a quiet holiday. Two minutes walk from cafe overlooking Langlands Bay.But only five minutes by car from the busier Mumbles and picturesque Swansea Bay. 2. The owners were very friendly and eager to help. 3. For a small hotel a surprisingly good quality restaurant in the evening. 4. I can understand why this hotel was a previous winner of the best small hotel in the Swansea area.

  staff very helpful and attentive to needs of young children . food really excellent and house wine very good value and delicious our room was comfortable with an excellent mattress and thick curtains and the bathroom had a good sized bath with lots of hot water and large fluffy towels and dressing gowns - altogether a most successful stay. - Eve... vad folk säger » rything about the hotel was fantastic. Welcoming, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful rooms with all the little extras and home comforts. A real treat, lovely food, we couldn't fault anything. Thankyou Patricks for making us feel so special.

  We booked for our anniversary and we really happy. It's an excellent little hotel/cafebar, with extremely friendly staff.The room (Langland Room) was great and bathroom was fab. The breakfast was continental and excellent, plentyful, hot toast and teacakes were made to order plus as much tea/coffee as required. We had lunch when we arrived which w... vad folk säger » as very good and reasonable. The location was great (on hill in the towncentre) but the parking was great. All in all a fab anniversary treat. - We can only praise the hotel owner and her staff, they were very obliging and made us most welcome. Our bedroom had everything that you could need and very clean, plus on our night we even had a shopping festival on our doorstep. The food was very tasty and cooked for us. The whole bar has a friendly atmosphere with a lot of locals using it.

  On arriving we were welcomed by polite and friendly staff and shown to our room. Our room was extremely spacious and clean with excellent views of the sea. We needed to take our basset hound with us at the last minute and the hotel had no problem accommodating us and welcomed Huxley. The location was excellent, I had a fabulous sea view room for just an extra £10 with a seating area in the window. The staff at the hotel were superb and very obliging.

  Efficient, friendly reception and breakfast service. Very quiet eventhough the hotel was full. (I think we were lucky with our fellowguests!) Bathrooms very smart. Good location. Rooms well equipped forthis grade of hotel (E.G. clock radio, kettle, iron and ironing board,hairdryer). - the personal attention - everything was perfect
