  The proprietors and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as was the hotel lounge. The dining room was attractively decorated (as were all other rooms that we saw) and both breakfasts and evening meals were delicious, with an excellent choice of menu.   We arrived slightly earlier than check-in time and were given our room immediately. Even though its on a main road and has a railway behind, we weren't disturbed by any noise. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole place looked like it was very well cared for and had an attractive decor. Car parking was easily available and accessib... vad folk säger » le (bearing in mind we were driving a long-wheel base van!). We hadn't booked breakfast for the following morning but the staff had no problem accommo - Good parking, warm welcome. Nice size room and bathroom, clean and not dated. Good breakfast and evening meal with plenty of room between tables. All on one level so no stairs to climb. Bus and trains into the town just a short walk away. A taxi into town for not much more than two train or bus tickets so the car had a holiday, bonus. A customer orientated, dynamic and focused family run hotel. A gem of a hotel.

  The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The location was ideal- around 5mins walk to tenby itself. Room was immaculate, cosy and luxurious and the Jacuzzi bath was a welcome bonus. Stayed in luxury room and would love to spend a night in the deluxe room when we return - A very warm welcome. The lady there couldnt do more.
