Just 100 metres from the pebble beach, the 4-star Braigh lodge has panoramic sea views. Stornoway Airport and the Point peninsula are less than 5 minutes’ drive from the apartment. BBQ facilities are provided on the terraced seating area and there is free Wi-Fi access.
With large glass windows overlooking the garden and the sea, the open-plan lounge and dining area has an open fire and wood-panelled walls. Braigh’s spacious, fully-equipped kitchen also includes a dishwasher and a microwave.
Seals can be spotted on the beach where fishing and rock pooling are also possible. Lanntair Arts Centre in Stornoway town centre is 10 minutes’ drive away. The Callanish Stones and Dun Carlonway, an Iron Age building, are within 45 minutes’ drive of Braigh lodge.
