  The staff where friendly, the room was a good size and very clean, the night porter is one of the best I have ever met (coming from someone who has stayed all over the world on a regular basis) his manner and service was second to non.   Attention to detail. Lots of nice touches that make up the lovingly prepared rooms. Excellent service. When told about my girlfriend's cat allergy they made a great effort to ensure all communal areas were well hoovered. The welcome by Sara and Patrick was excellent and they continued to be helpful throughout the stay. Great breakfast with home made bread and preserves which was lovely. A wonderful stay. Thank you - Friendliness of holders. They made me feel at home. It was a business trip but I had a day off. They suggested me how to spend a day and thanks to their suggestione I had teh opportunity visit remarkable places. That is a point on the worlwide map where I want to go back.

  The roman themed room of the hotel was fantastic, the food was excellent both in the pub restaurant and the breakfast in the morning. i rate this hotel as been my favourite! - Excellent service, spaciuos and very nice furnished room (apartment) and good breakfast

  We came to Rhuddlan to attend a Birthday party . Not having stayed in a Premier Inn before we had an open mind because of the price,but my goodness were we surprised,comfort,friendly and helpfull and the food at Table-Table very good,we aoming back in the next 14 days, Thank yoiu - Spotlessly clean, spacious bedroom, very comfortable.
