  The environment of both the location and the standard of the design and build. The staff are very helpful and the food is prepared to very high quality whilst providing a good range of 'posh-nosh' and bar meals. The leisure facilities are of the highest standard that I have encountered and I write as someone who stays in hotels across the UK on a ... vad folk säger » weekly basis. - Full use of the Spa and the message treatment I had was very enjoyable and relaxing. I found the staff very friendly and helpful especiallly Ollie who went way beyond the call of duty as our car had broken down and we needed a recovery service.

  Self catering apartments were good as usual- some improvements noticeable eg outdoor table and chairs for relaxing on the deck, door wedges provided. All the usual niceties too like plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, water and fruit in the gym, towels provided in th pool area etc - The high quality of the apartment was superb.
