John and Barbara very friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Will go again definitely! Our room was compact but had everything u could want, and the bed was really comfortable. Complimentary biscuits were out of this world. Big bowl of sweeties at reception. Few minutes walk to skeggie hustle n bustle so hotel lovely and quiet outside.
The landlady Barbara was very welcoming and cooked a superb breakfast. The location is just off the sea front, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the town..... but only 10 minutes to get to the centre by foot. Very warm welcome with an 'absolutely nothing is too much trouble' ethos throughout the stay. Attention to the finer details in room, e.g. tissues, ear cleaners, pen and notepad, cookies, mint chocolates, etc. Beautiful breakfast made to personal orders. Off road parking.
It was lovely and clean and comfortable, everything you need for a night away. Friendly warm welcome awaits you upon arrival. Food and service was excellent and so were the little touches, made it feel very homely, thanks Barbara, see you soon.
Spotlessly clean, very well equipped bedroom. Quiet location yet just short walk to seafront. Very good breakfast , good value for money and Barbara, the owner, was friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return.
Clean, comfortable, everything in the room we could possibly want. Good cooked breakfast with variety of cerials. Easy 10mins walking distance to town centre. Skegness is a great traditional seaside resort with lots to do.
Barbara was a most forthcoming host and told us about things to do in
Skegness. We felt perfectly welcome and comfortable and had a lovely
breakfast in the morning. We forgot an adapter and Barbara called us
right away.

friendly warm welcome, the mini easter eggs on the breakfast table shows the kind of personal touch these go to in an effort to make you feel welcome. we stay here a lot and will continue to do so.
It is our third stay at The Inn Place and we would not hesitate to use
it again. Everything is spotless and there has been great attention to
detail down to the minutest of needs.

The Inn Place is close to the centre of Skegness, it is very well presented and spotlessly clean, the breakfast choice is really good, the owner is friendly and helpful.

Some may consider the breakfast time commencing at 8.30 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. a little restrictive. For us, it worked ideally and we were met with a lovely (non-greasy) fry-up!.
