Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. Excellent location - near to The Motorpoint Centre & Meadowhall Shopping Centre. On arrival the hotel's computer system was down but staff remained professional, helpful and very welcoming. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. We had three rooms, one
with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.

Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and to a high standard.Room facilities of tea/coffe, kettle, hair dryer and TV were great.Breakfast had an excellent choice of items.
