  Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

  Absolut ingenting var bra med detta hotell. - The hotel is well located and has nice rooms. The hotel is situated above the bar which does sometimes have bands nad disco's playing as late as 4am. The hotel are kind enough to offer earplugs in every room. If you have an 8am appointment and need a good nights rest then maybe this is not the hotel for... vad folk säger » you however if you're looking for a convenient hotel to town near the University go for it! - staff vwere great and the bar downstairs was great atmosphere and good music all night recomend to anyone if you are there for the music

  the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. Hotel easy... vad folk säger » to find and very quiet for a weekend! - Very nice comfortable hotel, when we finally found it! Sat nav didn't locate the postcode very well. Rang hotel and received excellent directions by the very helpful young man on the phone. Breakfast was very nice, fantastic selection of food and very nice waitresses. Brilliant location for central Sheffield. Will use again.

  Excellent location - near to The Motorpoint Centre & Meadowhall Shopping Centre. On arrival the hotel's computer system was down but staff remained professional, helpful and very welcoming. We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely spotless and smelled lovely. My husband found the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was easily c - Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. We had three rooms, one with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast. Breakfast good but best to avoid busy times as space is tight, staff

  location (near the sports venue I was using), clean (I like having no bedspreads etc. which in many hotels aren't washed between guests!), excellent kitchen /waiting staff. Helpful reception, free car park, free breakfast for teenager, very good cooked breakfast (I actually went and thanked the chef who was working very hard dealing with lots and ... vad folk säger » lots of hungry young people). Friendly - I noticed that the young sports people using the hotel (who were all very polite but full of energy) were ver - The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.The bed was very comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and to a high standard.Room facilities of tea/coffe, kettle, hair dryer and TV were great.Breakfast had an excellent choice of items. Location was brilliant for Sheffield Ice Arena and good parking facitlities
