  My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and very inviting. The hotel has an ideal location just 5 mins from the train station and 2 mins from the shopping centre.   Everything was new and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the digital television was not working properly and we had to change rooms to get any television to work at all. Otherwise all was great.   Excellent pool, steam room and sauna... great to relax. Room was a good size, nice bathroom clean tidy well equipped and right in the city centre. Great for what ever you want to do in the city and also handy for sheffield railway station - Swimming pool,spa, gym very enjoyable and never crowded. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, right in the centre of town, fantastic courtyard with restaurants to the back of the hotel, and it was such a beautiful weekend that you felt you where abroad.   the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day..   Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. - Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.
