  We thought that the rooms were well equiped, with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was also in a good location, a nice quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the seafront.   Location and see view, spacious room, comfy bed, decent shower, good welcome, and tea/coffee in the room. There were lots of leaflets in the room. The wireless worked well. There were some basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall) in case you forget your own. The room also had a fridge, which was a bonus. Despite being on the sea front and a busy road in a first floor room, it was very quiet - I could just hear the sea rolling on the shingle, which was nice to wake up to in the middle of the night And by an extraordinary coincidence, the hotel had taken over the one next door - so I was sleepi

  The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. I felt safe there as well as comfortable. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his establishment. The room (and the rest of the B&B as well) was clean and well looked after. I would certainly stay there again. - Great size apartment no.2.   The room was clean and recently refurbished with all the basic needs including internet provided for. Breakfast was pleasant and very good value. I was able to check in late (9 pm) but parking was a bit difficult as no spaces outside and had to use a nearby car park underground but provided with a permit from the hotel. - The position of the ho... vad folk säger » tel, away from the crowded area's, yet access to the main town and the old town was just a 5/10 minutes walk away.   Tower House is a beautiful guest house. Each room is well equipped spacious and well designed with an individual feel. I was upgraded and the room was lovely with nice views and very comfortable. For my needs the location was excellent and very peaceful and relaxing. It had beautiful garden and conservatory and even a cat. First time we stayed there was a map left for us with nice restaurants etc marked so we had an idea of where to go.

  My wife and i stayed 4 nights at The Sea Spirit, and from the monet we got there enjoyed it all, Very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well stocked with complimentry tea Coffee etc, Free wifi, The breakfast we had each morning was one of the best i have ever had, real fresh local food, Just a 15 minute walk ... vad folk säger » to the sea front, so near enough to enjoy it, without all the noise of traffic and pubs clubs etc, normally associated with sea front. Also free parki - Lovely rooms and decor, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, I had veggie which was lovely and my partner had full English which she also really enjoyed. There was also the option of continental breakfast as well as other options such as Hastings kippers. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and are extremely helpful. Lovely experience.
