  It was a great place to go to after spending the day in Salisbury. We weren't sure about food options and unfortunately ate prior to getting there. Rollestone Manor has a great restaurant on site. If you don't eat there, you are better off finding something in Salisbury. We had twins on the ground floor which were very comfortable. We wished we had more time to just relax - After a few City hotels this was a breath of fresh air and gave us the relaxing vacation we needed. The rooms were very large, the beds so comfortable, hard to wake up for the delicious breakfast that was included. Dinner options available and certainly worth reserving the food was amazing. Can't decide on deserts, well go for their mini desert option - get to sample them all..... we were made to feel at home by the owners and the staff were super and so helpful. We loved it.   The hotel was excellent for the price. I felt that the photos on the website and the comments from other customers did not give an accurate picture. We would certainly stay at the Old Manor Hotel again if in the area and reccommend it without hesitation.   The manager (or Duty manager) couldn't have been more helpful, he tried to accommodate everything we asked for and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in the centre of Salisbury and was very convenient for shops and site seeing. We had a twin room and a double room that had an adjoining room with a double sofa bed bed and all were really ... vad folk säger » comfortable and spacious and plenty of room for 4 old friends getting together for a good old catch up! Booking was really easy and when we wanted to - The hotel offers a great value for money! Very well located with friendly staff. The accommodations are excellent. If dealing with an old renovated building, there are no elevators, so attention to those who have heavy bags or difficulties in locomotion. It has a pub on the ground floor, with loud music on weekends, but nothing to cause inconvenience. I recommend!

  We had a lovely stay, when we walked in there was an immediate feeling of being at home everyone was really friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The Bath arms is in a very lovely setting and makes a very enjoyable stay. - Comfortable and clean room, excellent food and staff very polite and helpful.

The b&b was only a 4 minute drive to trowbridge train station (£1.90 all day parking) then a 20 min train in to bath.
