  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. After one night's stay we cancelled the other hotel, found... vad folk säger » Flemings and moved to it. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Bra läge i staden samt fin utsikt över themsen - After having experienced many problems in our departure from Rome, we arrived very late and exhausted at the Howard Hotel. We had a marvellous arrival with a complimentary bottle of champagne! Besides, the hotel has a good location (1 minute walk to Temple undergrond station) and offers a fantastic ... vad folk säger » view of River Thames. Highly recommended! - The service was the finest I have had throughout my travels around the world. Until this short break, I was always under the impression that the British culture would never let us reach the heights of the service achieved in other parts of the world, but now I know different.

  Litet personligt hotel med mycket karaktär. God personlig service och rimligt bra läge. - The staff were excellent and the hotel had a pleasant ambience, particularly like the complementary soft drinks in the lounge - The staff were just so caring. It is somewhere that my wife and I will stay at again,
