  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra... vad folk säger » supplies. - Exellent service throughout the hotel. Seldom to experience service like that. Very good alternative for a weekend in London.

  Friendliness of the staff from the concierge, the receptionists, bar staff and restaurant staff. All very courteous and helpful. Location was excellent for theatres and shopping.   trevlig personal - stones throw from the palace - truly in the heart of london. the rooms, the staff, the dining - everything was absolutely perfect. they have a sister hotel that is literally down the street, it is more expensive and a perhaps a little more grand - but everything is 'modernized' with a blackandwhite motif ... and that hotel uses ... vad folk säger » the restaurants at the rubens for their special packages. - From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the minute that we left, we were treated like the most important people in the establishment. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  I had a group of guests staying for my sister's hen do. The rooms were huge, very clean, excellent facilities and a very central location. I will definitely use this hotel again when I next stay in London. It also has a car park. - The best location in London.
