First class service, exceptionally clean, and oozing with comfort. Rooms were lovely, and an extra bonus to find a fridge hidden in a cupboard! Breakfast and service was excellent. Didnt have time to try their leisure facilities, but plan to arrive much earlier on our next visit so we can! Right in the heart of the town, so easy walking distance

Everything you need for a short stop is within the complex - spa treatments and nicely decorated facilities, an excellent Indian restaurant and courteous staff. We were there to hold a black tie celebration party for my son's 21st. Everything was superb. The venue room was ideal and freshly decorated. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and professional. Cathy and her team at the function couldn't have done enough. The whole evening went perfectly. Thank you.

Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Ive stayed in many hotels in the centre of Birmingham but for me this
hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here
