  Came to Birmingham for the Footman James Classic Motor Show and decided to stay on an extra day to sightsee. This hotel was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, staff superbly friendly, and the room was whisper quiet. This is important because it's only a block off the main drag, so thought it might be noisy. Would definitely stay here again and r - A well positioned hotel in the delightful Brindley place close to the canal street development with its variety of shops, fine restaurants and cultural centres. The hotel is well designed with well appointed and good sized rooms. Despite its position it is very quiet. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

  At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. My room was very nice, clean and well presented. Nice large screen TV with freeview so plenty of channels to choose from. I was able to use my wireles... vad folk säger » s laptop (via BT openzone) which was useful. My only criticism is that there were no spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. - Professional flexible and helpful staff, who made organising our stay(which included a funeral 'reception') easy and stress-free. Good menufor borh breakfast and evening meal.

  I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too. I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates. Staff were helpful in directing to me the hotel when I got lost. Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work.   Everything it was fantastic. The Spa room we had was so quiet and beautifully appointed. Food in the Restaurant was superb as was the service of the staff. - The service was outstanding from the people at reception, waiters at the restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff from check-in, bar in the evening, through to breakfast next morning. The restaurant serves superb quality food and was well worth the wait. Rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed with funky design elements. The hotel sits in a superb location for most of Birmingham's attractions.

  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham.
