  The Hotel Receptionist and other staff were very friendly. I booked a executive room which was a good size and had a nice big bed, the room was no. 4, I would recommend it, it had a nice outlook, I cannot comment on std rooms. Breakfast was served to you at your table so it was nice and hot.   The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

  We explored the fabulous grounds it was situated in and the surrounding area. We also made use of the swimming pool,jacuzzi,steamroom and sauna and restaurant. - The atmosphere and history of the hotel is wonderful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly make the trip again soon.

  The hotel was more than I was expected. Came with my husband and 3 small children (including an infant). The rooms were clean, fresh and so spacious...They had put a cot in the room on request. The staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.   We have just come back from a one night stay at the Premier Inn NEC and I could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The bar/restaurant area was great and the staff efficient and friendly. Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly
