A pub with good food, clean accomodation, friendly staff and altogether a most enjoyable stay. Only 10 minutes at the most from Cribb's Causeway. - A good choice of meals and real ales served in the bar, a very comfortable and clean bedroom and a good selection of breakfast items.

It was very welcoming, Warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and answered my queries. There was also a bath. It is quite rare to have baths in hotels room now so this was lovely to have after such a long drive there. - spacious room and en suite, pleasant surroundings

It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. After a flight back from holidays to Bristol airport in the middle of the night it was a great relief for a comfy sleep for a few hours staff were helpful in obtaining details of local attractions and my daughter left her soft toy in the room and was very disapointed staff located the item and returned it by post which made my daughter very happy.
