  We were impressed by our first view of this hotel. Much better than expected as was Lowestoft itself. Car park just over the road from the hotel entrance. Easily accessed lift just by reception and very few steps for disabled persons like myself. The strength of this hotel lies with the excellence of all members of staff we were in contact with. We also noted the efficiency and care given us by Kirsty, Charma - Brilliant Hotel, staff very polite, nothing was to much trouble, The Sunday Buffet was excellent and so was the breakfast the next morning, Room large & comfortable and warm, the bathroom was large and the shower was nice & hot and easy to work. the number of T.V. programs were excellent. the view from the enlarged bar/decking area was good, very very happy with our stay would recommend.

  The location and especially the lawn/gardens at the rear - a real delight in the spring/summer. A real treat for our bedroom (112) to look out on the gardens. The seat on the window(sill) was a particular plus. Breakfast was good - liked the idea of cooked breakfast to order - dining area so light and welcoming.
