My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and very inviting. Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

Really nice hotel and the food in the resturant across the carpark was excellent. Free wifi is handy too. I would say this place if for the slighly older couple though (most people seemed to be older than us!) - Everything - fax service; friendly, well mannered, obliging reception staff; the room was of a really good quality and high standard in it

We were in a hurry when we arrived as we were en route to a funeral. We were able to go into our room at 12.30 and sandwiches were brought promptly when ordered. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Bar food meal we had was really delicious and on an offer of 2 mains for £10. This was the cheapest and tastiest meal in our 10 day tour (and we had had some really great meals). Bath and toiletries good.. -
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the gym was well equipped.

The rooms were a nice size and clean if a little stuffy as we didn't use air con as we both have asthma but the breakfast was great the staff very helpful it was in a convenient spot to our family who we went to visit we had s lovely comfortable bed and pillows overall I would give u 8 out 10 . -

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.
