We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Polite staff, room was immaculate and catered for all my needs. The use of the swimming pool / fitness room is a major bonus, if required. - The exceptional friendly staff and service. Jacqueline in the Italian Bar Restaurant deserves a special recommendation.

The facilities were excellent, the pool, and jacuzzi were lovely and warm and our baby son loved it! The room was lovely and the extra area with the sofa and tv etc was brilliant with a baby it meant we didn't disturb his sleep. We got Dinner Bed and Breakfast for £95 for 1 night. Having a living area as well as a bedroom made a huge difference. Living area had office space, small dining table with two chairs, two-seater settee and chair and a large television. Also a small television in the bedroom. Impressive swimming pool/leisure complex. Excellent! Highly recommended.

the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at

Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!
