Excellent value room (413) which was clean and tidy. Lovely modern
bathroom with walk in shower Bed was comfortable but wish they would
forfeit a little space for a king bed! We always stay here if the price
is right when needing to stay in the heart of the city. Breakfast
included for £40 is unbeatable. Lovely staff who are very welcoming. -

The staff were friendly the rooms were well designed clean and comfortable. For the price it is one the best in it's class. Well done keep up the good work. Thank you

The way we were welcomed by the receptionist who booked us in. The way she and her colleague helped when I left the lights on and had a flat battery. It was as we were about to depart that we were offered -
First time guests at this hotel and on good b&b deal,so was delighted when we informed reception that there was a slight noise in our first room that they moved us to a newly upgraded suite. It was huge and where still had a few finishing touches to complete,was really comfortable. It was lovely and serene at breakfast,where staff were really friendly and made an omelette for me with no hesitation. The grounds were beautiful. I will definitely consider staying again.
