On arrival I was met by James who was very welcoming, I was given a very welcome cup of tea and some delicious cake, My room was large, clean and very comfortable. This. is the cleanest guest house I have ever stayed in. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure total customer satisfaction. The room was comfortable and modern but at the same time made the most out of the character features. Breakfast was of perfect and the owners very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel Valentine is such a nice & great place to stay in Black pool. Situated in prime location. Only 5 minutes walk from Black pool north Rail station. And all the key attractions of Black pool like Black pool Tower, Sea world, Winter Garden, Madame Tussads and the beach front are on walking distance.

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Wayne and Dawn were very helpful . We had taken our 14 month grandson to see the lights and nothing was too much trouble. Dawn even cooked his evening meal so that he did not have to eat junk. -

Det låg centralt och snabb service - Everything. The room was lovely, well appointed and cared for, the breakfasts were delicious! I had just found out that my painful 'sprain' was a broken leg(!) and they could not have been more kind and helpful - Nice welcome. Breakfast ordering service which ensured we were not kept waiting.
