  We enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Service was excellent.Room wasexactly as described. Enjoyed the spa facilities.Golf steward helpful inensuring husband was able to go in ballot for old course. - the staff all made sure we were well looked after and looked out for us when returning a little late from golf.   The Keavil House Hotel was alovely hotel and I would certainly recommend it to anyone, the service and food was first class and the room was light, airy and clean - Spacious room, quality of breakfast, facilities on hand e.g. swimming pool.

  bra! - We only used the hotel as a staging point for a trip, we were made very welcome, the room was very well appointed, and the breakfast faultless...   Happy with service and rooms. We were late for breakfast but the hotel still provided us with an excellent service. Convenient location and parking. Modified original booking without any problems too. - Peace, quiet and comfort of the rooms and the general public area. Breakfast choice of fruits. Crisp brown toast for breakfast.

  The room had a perfect view overlooking the golf course, water and town in the distance - the bed was a delight! It was also extremely clean. The staff on reception and around the bars/dining area were lovely, very polite and happy to help. The same could not be said for the torn face girl serving in the spa. Club house is certainly worth - I found this hotel to be set in a lovely location about a 5 minute drive outside of St Andrews,the two golf courses are immaculate, the facilities are excellent,the room was comfortable and nicely designed but the biggest compliment I can pay to the hotel, are there staff, who make you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you walk through the door, nothing appeared an issue for them to deal with, this was our first time staying here but after our experience we will definitely be coming back

  The hotel was very clean and tidy and the room I booked had excellent views across the bay. The staff where extremely helpful at tall times and the food was also excellent. I wiould return again. - The hotel staff were very attentive but not intrusive; the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the food was fresh and cooked to order.

I stayed in one of the executive rooms which was furnished to quite a high standard. - I arrived late but was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful.   We very much appreciated the warm, accommodating, staff! we also enjoyed the excellent Pub next door! While it was busy, there was no noise or discomfort because of other people or staff. - Found the hotel clean,friendly receptionist,room comfortable and breakfast better than i expected.A very enjoyable stay in the opinion of my whole group.

  The staff were excellent couldn't be more helpfull. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with varied options, the owner feeds the birds and we were able to watch them while having breakfast and were lucky enough to see a woodpecker.   Wow, what an amazing hotel, as we took the turn off to the hotel Rufflets appeared in all it's beauty exactly as the picture depicted on the net, it was stunning. The grounds were maintained to a very high standard and the room was decorated superbly. This was our favorite hotel of our month long trip to Europe and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore St Andrews, a car i - The size of our room was wonderful with a lovely bathroom, king bed and plenty of electrical outlets (often missing in other hotels). The breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked and there was a nice choice of entrees for a hot breakfast. There was optional turn-down service and shortbread cookies to enjoy with coffee in the room; WiFi functioned very well (also uncommon in other hotels).
