  I enjoyed the quiet, friendly atmosphere and the peaceul nights sleep. The food in the hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.   The good size bed and the food selection at breakfast, I was dubious about staying in a 2 star hotel, however I was very impressed. - We enjoyed having the restaurant there with a bar,also the full english breakfast was great thanks

  Very friendly, and helpful, nothing was too much! Food excellent. Also met up with some lovely people staying there at the time. - bang on lovely hotel, love the crazy eye thing and the carpet.

  It is in a nice country setting not far from the castle where we were attending a friends wedding, nice beer and tasty food (although not served until after 7pm). The rooms were clean comfortable and tidy and ideal for our 1 night stay with an access key to return when you wanted. Good parking with friendly owner and staff. - Cheap and cheerful a... vad folk säger » nd just what we needed! We were attending a wedding just down the road and this was within walking distance! We didn't make breakfast unfortunately but the room was clean and everything worked as it should. I liked that the accommodation was separate to the pub so getting back late didn't disturb anyone!
