  The dbb was amazing value. Great food: our evening meal was anything from the a la carte menu and each course was beautifully cooked and presented. Breakfast was excellent too with plenty of choice. We stayed in the Crow's Nest - a really comfortable room with great views. Attractive hotel in a prime position. Staff friendly and helpful. We had avery comfortable ensuite deluxe room on the second floor with a greatshower, nice linens, and beautiful views of the countryside and CamberCastle. Although we did not have dinner there, our breakfasts weredelicious. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again.

  Terrific hotel. Very helpful staff and good attitude. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely pool and spa facilities. Separate steam and sauna for men and women. Men don't have to get involved in all the Spa stuff which is good. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time.   Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it. Owner was very nice and interested in what we had planned. If we needed a taxi he went out of his way to get us one. Room itself was very comfortable and clean. Hot water was constantly available. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided and - I liked the power shower / the continental breakfast was value for money at £5 / my bed was comfortable and the television was near the bed and easy to use / coffee was available in my room which was thoughtful and shampoo/cream/bodywash and towels were provided which was immensely useful

  We booked into Vernon House just about last minute and we were so happy with the place ! Super friendly people who work there and nothing was to much for them .Free Parking and lots of parking spaces ,It is situated very near the town and seafront without having the noise of either .The house has a Lift and nice big rooms which are cleaned every d... vad folk säger » ay .The beds are comfortable and tea and coffee facility are also there The Breakfast is really good I had the full English everyday and will now have - Just the feel of the place, it so welcoming, the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the guesthouse is steep in history,and Jose the manager was so knowledgeable, what we liked was that the staff were discreet and friendly. The room was very clean which makes all the difference, the bed was comfy and the linen was crisp and fresh,so important. We had breakfast there, and quite frankly it was one of the best we 've had in a hotel. P.s. on leaving, we decided

  the independence ....i find some B&B's a little difficult to relax in ...really felt like we had our own space/ retreat....all be it in the back garden! The Studio was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and within easy walking distance to explore either the South Downs or the Town Centre.   The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in the sun. Everything was set out nicely for when we arrived. Was ni... vad folk säger » ce and relaxed and didn't get penalised for checking out a little after our check out time. - The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

  Good location, close to Gatwick but in a quiet village. Good local bus service to the airport terminal. Taxi from airport is gbp17, but the local bus stops 50 metres from the hotel.   The Owners were lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was amazing, everything was very clean. There was tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar, but i think the best things of all were the shower and four poster bed they were amazing. We also had dinner which was all freshly cooked it was excellent couldnt fault anything. We especially enjoyed the delightful breakfast in a beautiful English dining room.
