  we found the staff friendly,and attentive,nothing was too much trouble.The hotel was very clean and modern.The position of the hotel was very near to the seafront ,quiet,nearto shops,theatre ,cinema,etc.Food was well presented ,plenty of choice,good cooking.the parking was private around the back,also a courtyard to sit out around the back. - .   What a lovely place with very friendly people running it. Just far enough outside Aberystwyth to be peaceful, yet close enough to get a pizza delivered (and local calls are free from the phone in the kitchen). A fine continental breakfast with truly excellent coffee was provided. We will undoubtedly stay there again. Very highly recommended. - Ve... vad folk säger » ry close to the Penglais campus. Very relaxed - key was pinned to the door. We could have used the kitchen and lounge if we wanted. Good continental breakfast - a pleasant stay. Very good price and it was nice to be trusted with the place! I would book again.

  Everything! I thoroughly enjoyed my six-night stay. My room was spotless, the guest house both friendly and quiet, and breakfast delicious--I especially liked the cherry tomatoes, cheese, croissants, and fruit. Julian, the proprietor, and Marlena, who helped him, were gracious hosts. They gave me a grand tour of the new B&B, down on the wat... vad folk säger » er front, which just opened on July 1st. All thanks for a wonderful visit. It was perfect for the reason I went to Aberystwyth--to do research at the - Good room. Great breakfast. Excellent service. I was very late coming in from Falmouth, Cornwall. At 7.30 pm, 30 minutes before the latest check-in time of 8.00 pm I was still in Bristol, more than 3 hours drive from Aberystwyth. I phoned the house and informed that I would arrive 11.00 pm and Marlena, the housekeeper said no problem, she could wait for me. I arrived 10.50 pm, and Marlena opened the door after just one press of the door bell.

  Good location for Aberystwyth and attractive hinterland. Quaint and very well appointed B&B, great breakfast and John is a superb host - very friendly, accommodating and informative. Could not fault anything. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay and will certainly revisit and recommend to our friends. Without realising we left a cardigan ... vad folk säger » on departure and without requesting received this at home from John via the post a day later! Superb service! - The B&B was less than 2 miles from the event venue I was visiting and the proprietor was very friendly and accommodating, making personal arrangements for breakfast times and menu. It was a lovely B&B with easy off-road parking. I even took one of the leaflets to recommend to work colleagues for work or leisure visits.

  The lady who met us was very welcoming and the room was lovely and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was a very plesant experience and the lady who served us was equally as nice.   We liked the staff who were very obliging. The location and views were beautiful and only a short picturesue walk into town. It has the best of both worlds. The bedrooms were spotless with plenty of milk and tea/ coffee. Kinloch Court is in a great location, spectacular views, near the beach, quiet at night but close enough to the town centre. It is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is satisfying.
