  We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated.   All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Being near the main road thought noise might be a problem, this it fact was not the case, maybe because our room was at the back of the hotel with a good view over looking fields. Room and bed very comfortable. Breakfast served from 7am was of the highest standard. Linda and Alan were so friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. In this guest house also include full breakfast which I can't forget to mention about it. The breakfast is the best we had in a long time. Make us full until dinner.   polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus
