  Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff.   The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome.   A really lovely, modern hotel with fantastic and luxurious rooms. The king size bed was something expected of a 5 star hotel rather than a 3 star. A choice of a bar and restaurant menus was very convenient and the breakfast was okay but, arriving a little late, some of the hot food had finished.   The country house was set in a very peaceful & tranquil location. We used it for access to the tank museum. There is a train line close by but it didn't bother us. The 4 of us were in room number 4. Very spacious. Very big bed & sofa bed for the 2 children. Lovely refreshments. 4 bottles water, tea coffee & biscuits. Excellent breakfast to. - The staff at Kemps were wonderful. I was poorly on one night of our stay there and they went out of their way to do whatever they could for me. Nothing was too much trouble over the 3 nights we were there. We were called to ask if we wanted breakfast on Monday morning incase we had forgotten the change in time from weekend to weekdays. Agnes was wonderful!!!! All members of the team were helpful and friendly - cannot rate them highly enough :)

  Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. Having private parking off street and being near to bus stops.... vad folk säger » - With a warm welcome and a lovely spacious room, the start of our one-night stay was excellent. And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.
